Job Description

Introductory track record As a system engineer,you will be in charge of a series of operations from customer negotiation todevelopment at the company that develops various systems such as Japan’s best“hometown tax payment system”. 
* There are no resident-type projects, 100% work and development within thecompany.

Introduction / development of in-house service“Furusato Tax Payment Management System” Introduction / development of other in-house services / Corporate contracts

Requirement definition-Basic design-Detaileddesign-Development-Maintenance-Operation Can be involved in all phases. 
* Since the company is developing a system with a fullscratch, it is aposition where you can listen to the customer’srequest and shape it yourself. 
[Project assignment]

-Decide which project you will be responsible for according to your previous experience. 
* There are about 5 to 8 projects, and there arevarious projects in the hundreds of thousands to tens of millions ofyen class. 
[Main customers] 
Direct transactions with local governments and majordomestic companies are the main. 
[Development environment] 
OS: Linux (centOS) Development in a virtualenvironment, language: PHP 
* A Thai subsidiary also conductsoffshore development. 
[Others] 
Regarding the engineer organization, there iscurrently only one department, and this is the 
phase in which the organizationmanagement will be created. Therefore, in the future, 
we can be involved in creating anorganization and creating a climate .


TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS

Monthly salary, salary increase: once a year:2-3% (2017 results), bonus: twice a year (July, December) * 4 months total(2016, 2017 results), commuting allowance (distance) flat-rate payment inaccordance with: the upper limit 45,000 yen / month)
