オフィス内装設計デザイナー(東京)

【配属部署】
課長1名、係長1名、主任2名、一般5名

営業または設計デザイナー自らが顧客からヒアリングした内容をもとに、顧客への最適なワークスタイルやインテリアデザインの提案・実施設計に至るまでのすべてをお任せいたします。

オフィスレイアウト／コンセプト立案／平面プランニング／インテリアデザイン／提案書作成／プレゼンテーション／実施設計図書の作成/施工図作成　他

・オフィスの物件選定コンサルティング
・オフィスコンサルティング業務/オフィスの原状回復工事
・プロジェクトマネジメント業務
・オフィス・インテリアに関わる、設計デザイン・内装・設備工事

Job Description

Based on what the sales or design designers have heard from the customers themselves, we will leave everything up to the proposal and implementation design of the optimal work style and interior design to the customers. 

[Examples of specific business contents] 

Office layout / concept planning / planning planning / interior design / proposal creation / presentation / practical design document creation / construction drawing creation etc.

Hiring requirements

・Persons with practical design experience in spatial design of offices, shops, commercial facilities 

・Practical experience using AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Office 

・ People with high interest in design of working environment and willingness to design .

・ Critical curiosity And those greedy for improving their skills.

* Revised twice a year by the personnel evaluation system, which is determined according to the skills, experience and abilities held .
