【沖縄勤務】システムエンジニア（PL/PMクラス）

【配属部署】
パーソルプロセス＆テクノロジー株式会社は、SI経験30年以上、従業員数3000名程の会社です。
これまで培ったノウハウをそのままに、且つグローバルチーム型プロジェクトマネジメントが実現できる地として沖縄に2013年６月に設立しました。
2017年7月に親会社と統合し、社内カンパニーとして、更にグローバルチーム型開発を加速させて参ります。

「グローバルチーム型プロジェクトマネジメント」にて、アジア各国を中心にチームを作り、システム開発を行っていただきます。

【具体的には】
・外部クライアントのシステム企画、要件定義から開発、運用保守まで一連の業務
　（一部グループ向けのパーソルテンプスタッフ及びパーソルキャリア向けの
　　基幹システムもあります）
・プロジェクト内のコミュニケーションやドキュメントは全て英語へと移行していくため、
　社内で英語教育も実施しています。

【各ポジションの業務内容】
　■プロジェクトリーダー
　プロジェクトの推進担当者として、デリバリーの推進を担当していただきます。
　（国内外のエンジニアに対して）進捗管理や顧客報告などのマネジメント力が必要です。

　■プロジェクトマネージャー
　プロジェクトの責任者として、採算を含めたマネジメントを担当していただきます。
　PJT計画の策定から推進の支援なども行い、自身で管理する案件の提案も行います。

業務とヒトに関するコンサルティングの一例として業務構築やBPR支援、RPA（ロボティクスプロセスオートメーション）支援、組織改革やタレントマネジメント導入を推進しています。

2.システムソリューション事業
1）自社サービス開発
一例として、「POS+（ポスタス）」は外食、理容美容業界向けに国内外に約5万社への導入実績があり、シェア拡大中。
「HITO-Manager」Saas型の募集採用管理システム。大手企業様を中心に150社以上への導入実績があります。

2）プライム外販SI
大手交通機関、グループ企業向けなどをプライムで受託。ITコンサルからシステム構築までを行なっています。

3）グループ向けSI
パーソルキャリアの「an」や「DODA」などの求人サイトから社内基幹システムなどのシステム構築を行なっています。
パーソルホールディングス向けの共通インフラ、基幹システムの開発なども対応。

3.ビジネスエンジニアリング事業
1）ICTアウトソーシング
ネットワーク／サーバーの設計、構築、データセンターの運営など社会の基盤となるICTの分野において業務設計から運用まで戦略的なアウトソーシングサービスを提供しています。
2）エネルギービジネス
電力計エンジニアの高い専門性と業務体制の構築から運用の豊富な経験とノウハウを強みに、今後大きな成長が見込まれる新エネルギービジネスへの参入から運営をサポートしています。

4.セールスマーケティング事業
1）セールスアウトソーシング
顧客創造、関係構築、商談、受注までの一連のプロセスについて、営業アウトソーシングの経験に基づいたフレームワークを活用することで、顧客企業の商材やサービスに依存しない営業活動を支援します。
2）WEBアナリティクス
高い技術力を誇るWEBアナリストによるKPIの設計支援や各種レポートの設計、作成、運用を通じ、近年企業活動の中で重要性を増しているWEBサイト運用においてサイトの目的実現を支援します。

Job Description

In “Global Team Project Management”, teams will be created mainly in Asian countries to develop systems. 

[Specifically]

 -A series of tasks from external client system planning, requirement definition to development, operation and maintenance ( there is also a persol temp staff for some groups and a core system for persol carriers ) -communication and documents in the project In order to make the transition to English, we also conduct English education in- house. 

[Business contents of each position] 

　■ Project leader: As the person in charge of project promotion, you will be responsible for promoting delivery. Management skills such as progress management and customer reporting (for domestic and overseas engineers) are required. 

　■ Project Manager: As the person in charge of the project, you will be responsible for management including profit. From the formulation of the PJT plan to support for promotion, etc., we also propose proposals to be managed by ourselves. 

[Characteristics of the global team type project management model] 

There is a big difference from a conventional nearshore development company that aims only at cost reduction. That is, we are focusing on human resource development, such as introducing the “10% rule” to make English learning compulsory in order to acquire English skills that correspond to the global era .

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary, bonus: twice a year, salary revision: twice a year.
