現場監理

同社、戸建住宅・リフォームの現場監理業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】
1.作業工程、内容確認、現場スタッフへの指示、進捗管理
2.見積作業(積算、原価管理、見積作成など)
3.発注業務(見積りに基づいた発注作業および、再確認作業など)
4.お引き渡し後のアフターメンテナンス
5.その他、品質管理や安全管理など

【必須要件】
普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【歓迎要件】
1.建築士の有資格者
2.建築施工管理技士の有資格者など

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400万〜600万円
月給：250,000円+各種手当
※経験やスキルにより同社規定により決定します。

昇給：年1回、賞与：年2回（業績により支給）、残業手当、通勤手当（毎月2万円まで）

Job Description

The company will be responsible for on-site supervision of detached houses and renovations. 

[Concrete work] 

1. Work process, content confirmation, instruction to on-site staff, progress management 

2. Estimate work (accumulation, cost control, estimate creation, etc.) 

3. Ordering work (order work based on estimate and re-work (Confirmation work, etc.) 

4. After-delivery maintenance after delivery 

5. Others, quality control, safety management, etc. 

[About the company ] 

The company is a wooden housing company that mainly performs one-stop renovation to new construction. 

We handle all aspects of home-building such as real estate sales, new homes, custom homes and renovations. 

S & G housing is the S & G brand. Based on the concept of “From the start of the house to the goal”, we are trying to make a careful home by our own construction. 

Because it is close to the community, the construction area is mainly in Nagaokakyo City, from Kyoto City to the south. Approximately 50 buildings per year.

Hiring requirements

Ordinary car driver’s license (AT limited) 

[Welcome requirements] 

1. Certified architects

 2. Certified construction engineers, etc.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million to 6 million yen 

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen + various allowances 

* Determined by company regulations based on experience and skills. 

Salary increase: Once a year, Bonus: Twice a year (payment based on performance), overtime allowance, commuting allowance (up to 20,000 yen per month)
