Job Description

In the corporate headquarters that oversees the management department, I will be in charge of company-wide organization and human resource development. You will be responsible for everything from identifying business and organizational issues to proposing solutions (talent management, training, career design, etc.).

Hiring requirements

Those who meet one of the following: 

1. Training / consulting experience at a HR consulting company 

2. Organization / human resource development experience at a business company
