【大阪支店立ち上げ／インバウンドセールス】将来の支店責任者候補（幹部候補）※BGパートナーズ採用

【配属部署】
大阪拠点立ち上げの一人目のメンバーになります
現東京メンバーと協力しながら、立ち上げをおこなっていただきます。

理美容室/エステ/ネイル/まつげサロン専門の不動産物件仲介をご担当いただきます。また、事業譲渡やM＆Aなどの仲介もご担当いただきます。
・居抜き物件の売買仲介
・店舗リース
・資金調達支援
・内装や設備リース斡旋など

★インバウンドなので、ルートや飛び込み営業はありません。
多くの問い合わせを頂いており、それにお答えするので手一杯の状況です。
親会社のビューティガレージの顧客基盤を活かすことにより、年々事業規模を拡大しています。

【事業内容】
美容サロン（美容室、エステサロン、ネイルサロン、まつげサロンなど）向けに、商材の物販事業を核に、サロンの開業・経営に関わる様々な周辺サービスの提供も行っています。

・宅地建物取引士資格をお持ちの方
※不動産業界未経験OK
※営業経験や販売経験がある方歓迎

Job Description

You will be in charge of real estate brokerage specializing in hairdressing salons / esthetics / nails / eyelash salons. You will also be responsible for mediation such as business transfers and M & A. 

· Inuki brokerage of properties , shops lease 

-financing support such as, interior and equipment leasing mediation 

★ because it is inbound, there is no root and dive business. 

We have received many inquiries and are happy to answer them. 

By leveraging the parent company’s beauty garage customer base, we are expanding our business year by year.

Hiring requirements

・ Those who have a residential land and building trader qualification * No experience in the 

real estate industry OK 

* Those who have sales experience or sales experience are welcome

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・ Raise / Once a year (May) 

・ Bonus / twice a year (normal bonus and performance bonus)
