[Osaka] Imported beverage recipe development and marketing

Job Description

Please develop and market beverage recipes using Monan syrup. 

1. Sales promotion of Monan syrup (creation of recipes, etc.). 

2. Proposal session. 

3. Participation in various events organized by associations (NBA.HBA.PBO.JBA, etc.). 

[specifically] 

Monan Develop drink recipes using recipes from syrup, conduct recipe and menu proposal meetings (in-house “kitchen studio” and external test kitchen), business negotiation support (accompanying with sales staff), demonstrations at exhibitions (drinks Demonstration).

Hiring requirementS

[Experience, knowledge] 

Bartender experience or varistor experience (welcome more than 3 years) and propose meetings and recipe development experience welcome. 

[qualifications and skills] 

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., basic PC skills , ordinary motor vehicle operation License / English (Business level English conversation is welcome).

Discretionary labor system 

fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime pay basic salary: 275,000 yen to 275,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 25,000 yen to 25,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 10 hours overtime hours: None.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary, commuting allowance (full payment: upper limit 50,000 yen). 

Fixed bonus: Once a year (December). 

Variable bonus: Once a year.

部長、次長、営業職15人（大阪は、2名）、販売促進担当2名、営業事務1名


モナン社のシロップを使った飲料のレシピ開発＆マーケティングをお願いします。
1. モナン社のシロップの販売促進（レシピ作成など）
2. 提案会の実施
3. 各団体協会（NBA.HBA.PBO.JBA等）主催各種イベントへの参加

【具体的には】
・モナン社のシロップを使用したドリンクレシピ開発
・レシピ、メニューの提案会の実施（社内にある「キッチン スタジオ」及び社外のテストキッチン）
・商談サポート（営業スタッフとの同行）
・展示会などでのデモンストレーション（ドリンク作成の実演）
・モナン社とのコミュニケーション

【経験・知識】
・バーテンダー経験またはバリスタ経験（3年以上ある方歓迎）
・提案会やレシピ開発経験者歓迎

【資格・スキル】
・Word、Excel、PowerPoint等、基本的なPCスキル
・普通自動車運転免許
・英会話（ビジネスレベルの英会話可能な方歓迎）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給制、通勤手当（全額支給：上限5万円）
固定賞与：年1回（12月）
