Job Description

Please develop and market beverage recipes using Monan syrup. 

1. Sales promotion of Monan syrup (creation of recipes, etc.). 

2. Proposal session. 

3. Participation in various events organized by associations (NBA.HBA.PBO.JBA, etc.). 


Monan Develop drink recipes using recipes from syrup, conduct recipe and menu proposal meetings (in-house “kitchen studio” and external test kitchen), business negotiation support (accompanying with sales staff), demonstrations at exhibitions (drinks Demonstration).

・ Communication with Monan.

Hiring requirementS
[Experience, knowledge] 

Bartender experience or varistor experience (welcome more than 3 years) and propose meetings and recipe development experience welcome. 

[qualifications and skills] 

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., basic PC skills , ordinary motor vehicle operation License / English (Business level English conversation is welcome).

Discretionary labor system 

fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime pay basic salary: 275,000 yen to 275,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 25,000 yen to 25,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 10 hours overtime hours: None.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary, commuting allowance (full payment: upper limit 50,000 yen). 

Fixed bonus: Once a year (December). 

Variable bonus: Once a year.
