Job Description

“Changing jobs adoption coordinator (business and career consulting)” 

have you responsible for adoption assistance and job seekers like of career support that wish to change jobs to companies that are considering adoption. 

<External Activities> 

■ Visit companies that are considering hiring to find out the needs of the necessary human resources (sales activities) 

. Both customers who have used our service before and new customers will be responsible. 

・ You will be asked to find out who you are looking for, and it will be necessary to connect to a matched recruitment. 

・ It is important to build a relationship of trust with the person in charge of the company. 

(In-house atmosphere, future outlook of business, etc.) Mismatch can be prevented by inquiring details. 

<Interpersonal duties> 

■ Interviews / counseling with job seekers (applicants / registrants), management of registrant seminars・

Telephones and interviews with job applicants who wish to change jobs will be introduced to introduce work that suits their future career and life plan. 

・ It is important to build a trusting relationship with job seekers. 

The point of career consulting is not only superficial desired conditions (salary / work location / holiday, etc.), but also the potential needs such as background of job change and issues to be solved.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Monthly salary] 

193,350 yen to 250,350 yen 

* Salary range depends on age
