You will be responsible for the following operations as production management of the company.
1. About customers
Overseas apparel companies
2. Brand / item
OEM / ODM for overseas apparel
1) Production planning: Early detection and resolution of bottlenecks in production plans assembled by sales staff
2) Order management :
Proper order management and prevention of unnecessary troubles 3) Specification instructions: Properly communicate, share and procure and produce information and specifications such as raw materials and accessories desired by customers
4) Progress management: Necessary Check progress and share / solve problems that occur.
5) Quality control: Check whether customers meet quality standards required for raw materials and sewing
6) Cost control: Sales representative but efforts to to suppress the cost to within the range desired by
, Wednesday (except the first Wednesday) has provided a no-overtime days in the company. Monthly overtime hours are about 30 hours on average for the entire company. The company is actively working on various measures to reduce long working hours. There is also a meeting to think about work-life balance in the company, and there is an environment where life events can be enhanced.
・ The company is a “special importer” and “special exporter” approved by the Tokyo Customs Director. This is a qualification obtained by being approved by the Customs Director as a company with a security management and compliance system in place, and only a limited number of companies are approved in Japan.
TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
* Includes overtime allowance for 30 hours per month in annual salary( 1,02 million to 1122,000 yen per year)
* Overtime allowance for over 30 hours per month is provided separately
Commuting allowance (scheduled fee for the cheapest route), regular employeeappointment test system
Contract renewal is performed on June 1 every year, so the contract period ofthe first year is renewed from the date of joining to the end of May Afterthat, it is from June 1 to the end of May of the following year.
Maximum number of years of employment: 5 years in total (contract ends up to 5years from the date of joining the company)

There are five subjects for basic knowledge confirmation twice a year, andthere are 10 examination opportunities for five years. After passing allthe courses, regular employees will be appointed after interviews withofficers. Many people have been appointed full-time employees over thepast few years.
