Job Description

In the Enterprise Business Headquarters, you will be in charge of sales from the new customer Teleapo of the total solution “DH SECURE” of the company. 

1. About customers 

SMEs are customers. 

2. About the product 

This brand was launched in October 2017, and is a total solution from internet infrastructure to operation and maintenance. For small and medium enterprises, we provide network-related services and security services, and outsourcing services for information systems. 

3. Although there are currently about 100 customers in terms of sales methods and processes , we will continue to strengthen the system with the aim of expanding it. Responsible for sales of new customers from Teleapo. 


1) Proposals to customers 

We will make proposals for network-related, security products, and business process outsourcing (BPO) products through tele-appointments and visits. 

2) New company development sales 

You will be responsible for both new company development sales and existing sales. The ratio is assumed to be about “New business development 8: Existing business 2”. 

3) Vendor control 

staff: 1 to 3 companies on average 

4) Project management (1 to 5 people) 

schedule and task management, and brokerage between customers and vendors.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet one of the following requirements: 

1. At least 2 years of sales experience 

2. At least 2 years of individual / corporate sales experience

1. At least 2 years of corporate sales experience 

2. Experience as a store manager in a sales position 

3. BtoB sales experience in the IT industry 

4. Experience in a wide range of solution sales such as software and network 

5. Consulting sales experience in SIer (understanding development process and environment) 

6. General knowledge of IT ( Infrastructure to application)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million to 5 million yen 

* Determined based on experience and ability. 

* The monthly salary includes 20 hours of fixed overtime. 

Bonuses twice a year (June and December), commuting transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)


Fully equipped with various social insurances, payment of Keigo Mikokin, family allowance, business trip allowance
