【未経験歓迎】パートナーセールス

【配属部署】
現在8名のチームです。
中途入社で運用型広告に長年携わっている方、新卒からスタートして中心メンバーとして
活躍している方など多様なメンバーが集まっています。

【業務内容】
　総合広告代理店を中心とし、代理店顧客の広告効果を最大化するため、自社開発の
　各種アドソリューションの提案からサービス提供まで一気通貫で行います。

【具体的には】
　・プランニング
　・商談
　・契約締結
　・契約後フォロー
　・レポーティング

＜顧客について＞
　金融/自動車/アパレル/美容/保険/人材/不動産/食品/飲食など、
　様々な業種の法人企業が対象です。

＜商材について＞
　自社開発の各種アドソリューションを取り扱います。
　Sphere：自社開発のWeb広告配信プラットフォーム（DSP）
　Cirqua ：女性向けメディアを中心としたインフィード広告システム
Etc ：Google/Yahoo!/Facebook/Twitter等

1.設立について
ネオキャリアの社内ベンチャーとして、20代のメンバー2名でサービスを立ち上げたのが創業のきっかけです。
名だたるIT企業の本業とも言えるこのWebテクノロジー領域で、「日本でしか作れないモノ」を作り世界に発信していく事で、
ビジョンである【”新しい”が”普通”になる】を実現しようと本気で考えています。

2.同社の社風について
ネオキャリアの社内ベンチャーから始まった同社ですが、中途入社した方も多く、かつ社内平均年齢も28歳ということもあり、非常にフラットです。

Web広告の運用によりターゲット人材の集客を行う、採用集客に特化したソリューションサービス。
求人メディア「DODA」と業務提携をしています。

・Sphere Infeed
女性向けメディアを中心としたインフィード広告システム。
※インフィード広告：Webサイトやアプリのコンテンツとコンテンツの間に表示される広告のこと。
SNS、キュレーションメディア、ニュースアプリなどでよく利用されています。

・DSPシステムのOEM提供

2）オフライン事業
・Sphere Paper
Web広告の配信データや地方自治体の持つ公的情報を紙広告媒体と掛け合わせ
エリアマーケティングを行うサービス。ぐるなび社・読売IS社・楽天社と協業中です。

いつでも役立つ情報に触れることのできる【interactiveO2O】の世界観を目指し、朝起きてから寝るまでのライフスタイルに
密着した広告配信の手法を開発していきます。

2. 収益モデル
CPM（インプレッション1,000回あたりの料金）課金やCPC課金（クリック保証型課金）など

At present, we have stocked overwhelming human resources data, such as tie-upswith major job change support companies with Sphere R, a humanresource-specific package service, enabling distribution of industry-leadingoccupation segments.

Hiring requirements
