特許化学分野の翻訳チェッカー（経験者）

【知財特許部門の翻訳案件の品質の最終責任者】
・翻訳の品質管理（クライアントニーズに合っているかのチェック、レビューなど）
・翻訳者育成に関わる施策の企画・実行(FB、指導、勉強会開催など）
・顧客対応および顧客ニーズに合わせた新業・務サーピス開拓の支援・実行
・社内営業担当者等のフォロ一、レルベアップ支援など

【事業内容】
■ドキュメンテーション事業
翻訳(産業科学技術翻訳、ビジネス翻訳、特許翻訳)、テクニカルライティング、メディカルライティング、各種調査、各種申請支援、 ローカリゼーション、ドキュメントデザイン、コンサルテーション
■システム事業(ドキュメンテーション支援システム)
■教育事業(サン・フレア アカデミー)

【募集背景】

【必須要件】※下記全てを満たす方
・化学系又は薬学系大学卒
・メーカー、研究所、特許事務所等での経験
・英検準一級またはTOEIC 850相当以上の英語力
・翻訳・チェックの経験
・PCスキル要
・人柄：人当たりがよく、受託会社としての立ち居振る罪いができる方。

【歓迎要件】
・医薬・医療器具・バイオの経験・知識
・中間処理・準備書面等対応できれば尚可
・英語以外の言語対応可能であれば尚可

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
【賞与】
・賞与年2回（初年度支給額：20~30万円）
※業績により決算賞与が支給されることがある
【給与改定】
・年1回

【選考プロセス】
筆記試験→1次面接（配属部署十人事）→ 2次面接（役員）
※2次面接と同日に適性検査実施
※筆記試験は化学知識を問うものです。

Job Description

[Final manager of the quality of translation projects in the IP patent department] 

・ Translation quality management (checking whether it meets client needs, reviews, etc.) 

・ Planning and execution of measures related to translator development (FB, guidance, study) Meeting support, etc.) 

・ Support and execution of new 

business / service development tailored to customer response and customer needs ・ Follow -up of in-house sales staff, etc., support for real estate improvement, etc.

[Requirement]

-chemical system, or a pharmaceutically

-based university graduates manufacturers, laboratories, experience at the patent office, such as English, Eiken quasi-primary or of TOEIC 850 or equivalent of, translation and check experience ,PC skill required / personality: A person who has good perception and can be guilty of standing as a trustee.

・ Medical / medical equipment / Bio experience / knowledge / intermediate processing / preparation documents are acceptable / preferable if languages other than English are available

Selection process

Written examination → First interview (ten personnel in the assigned department) → Second interview (executive) 

* Performance inspection on the same day as the second interview 

* Written examination asks chemical knowledge.
