【海外特許調査事業の戦略企画立案、知的財産の調査、在宅調査員の育成等、特許調査事業の拡大に貢献していただきます】

・客先打合せ
・特許調査の見積書作成
・検索式の作成／ブラッシュアップ
・ヒット件の内容確認／関係性判断
・調査報告書の作成（ノイズカット作業において）
・調査員向け指示書の作成
・調査員の調査結果のチェック、フィードバック
・調査員の育成

■ドキュメンテーション事業
翻訳(産業科学技術翻訳、ビジネス翻訳、特許翻訳)、テクニカルライティング、メディカルライティング、各種調査、各種申請支援、 ローカリゼーション、ドキュメントデザイン、コンサルテーション
■システム事業(ドキュメンテーション支援システム)
■教育事業(サン・フレア アカデミー)

【必須要件】※以下全て必須になります。
・大学理系学部卒
・民間企業知財部、特許事務所または特許調査会社にて海外特許調査業務を経験した方
・化学系の経験/知識
・TOEIC700点以上または同等の英語力を有する方
・専門以外の分野でも積極的に知識を習得する意欲がある方

・人当たりが良く、受託会社としての立ち振る舞いができること
※客先にて調査要件のヒアリング/調整/交渉を行うため

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
【賞与】
・賞与年2回（初年度支給額：20~30万円）※正社員
【給与改定】
・年1回

【選考プロセス】
筆記試験→1次面接（配属部署+人事）→ 2次面接（役員）
※2次面接と同日に適性検査実施
※筆記試験は化学知識を問うものです。

Job Description

[Strategic planning of overseas patent research business, investigation of intellectual property, home inspectors of training, etc., will be asked to contribute to the expansion of the patent research business] , customer meetings and patent investigation quote creation of -search expression Creation / Brush-up / Hit content confirmation / Relationship determination / Survey report creation (in noise cut work) / Investigator’s instructions / Investigator survey results check, feedback / Investigator training

[Required requirements] 

* All of the following are required. 

・ Graduate from the Faculty of Science in University 

・ Private company IP department, patent office or patent search company experienced in overseas patent search 

・ Chemical experience / knowledge 

・ TOEIC 700 or higher or equivalent English ability 

・ Non-professional Those who are willing to learn knowledge actively in the field 

[Welcome requirements] 

・ Persons must be good and be able to act as a trustee company 

* To conduct interviews / coordination / negotiation of survey requirements at customers

Selection process

Written examination → Primary interview (assigned department + HR) → Secondary interview (Executive) 

* Performance inspection on the same day as the second interview 

* Written examination asks chemical knowledge.
