Job Description

We will entrust you with salary calculation, company insurance procedures, and retirement procedures for a total of 1500 people in the three group companies. In addition, we will leave you with a wide range of tasks, such as improvement and problem solving of personnel and labor associated with the establishment and strengthening of the internal system, and in the future you want to become a manager (section manager) of personnel and labor.
We will be responsible for all personnel and general affairs work.
・ Employee salary management (Group-wide)
・ Social insurance procedures
・ End-of-year adjustment support
・ Consultation desk (with owner support) ・ Internal / external labor trouble management (including legal services for some departments ) * As a specialist in labor and general affairs departments, As a playing manager, I am looking for someone who can do these tasks.
* Since the company insurance business is outsourced to a company labor corporation, it will be out of business.

Required requirements

of work experience in payroll accounting, those who have more than 500 employees in payroll work experience per company
