Job Description

The person in charge of the finance business. You will contribute to the growth of the group by planning and drafting a capital policy on a group basis while conducting fund procurement and investment practices and negotiating with banks, securities companies, and rating companies.

Hiring requirements

1. Experience in fund planning at a business company (planning for funding, procurement and management) 
2. Experience in negotiation with a bank / securities company at a business company 
3. Practical experience in the capital market ( 
4. Experience in executing transactions based on analysis of financial exchange rate trends) 4. English ability: TOEIC 730 or higher 
5. Experience working in a specific field for more than 5 years [Possible]

財務業務　実務担当者 （財務部　コーポレートファイナンス課）

【配属部署】
〈人員構成　※2019年5月29現在〉
現状6名：課統括（50代）、キャリアデベロップメント職3名 （30代半ば、30代前半※2019年6月入社、20代半ば）、事務職2名

財務業務の実務を担当者します。資金の調達・運用実務をこなしながら、グループベースでの資本政策を企画・立案するとともに、銀行・証券会社・格付会社などとの折衝を行うことで、同社グループの成長に貢献していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 資金（トレジャリー）業務の実務
・全社ベースの資金繰り
・CMS（キャッシュ・マネジメント・システム）を含むグローバルベースでの資金管理
2. グループベースでの為替リスク管理
3. 銀行、証券会社との折衝
・資金調達（銀行借入、起債）にかかわる実務折衝
・資本市場動向分析
・経営トップへの報告
4. 格付会社との交渉窓口（年次格付けレビューへの対応など）
5. 有価証券投資管理
・保有株式の評価替作業
・CGC（コーポレートガバナンス・コード）
・有価証券報告書への対応
6. 年金資産運用実務
・運用方針の策定
・運用資産の管理
・モニタリング作業 など
