Job Description

(1) Job seeker support (career advisor) 

We will work closely with job seekers in charge and provide all support related to job change. 

・ Interviews with job applicants registered through the website and TEL application 

 ( interviews of hopes and careers, proposals for job applicants that suit the needs, etc.) 

・ Adjustment of interview schedules -Assistance in preparation for interviews General support for selection, such as boosting decisions. 

(2) We will grasp the recruitment needs of companies in charge of corporate support (recruiting advisors) and introduce matched human resources. 

・ Confirmation of recruitment needs

– Proposal of human resources

– Adjustment of selection schedule

– Interview attendance 

– Negotiation of conditions 

– Until joining the company Follow-up after joining (confirmation of establishment, etc.)

Hiring requirement

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Regular salary: 247,000 yen to 335,800 yen per month 

* Basic salary of 185,000 yen to 251,500 yen 

* Month salary includes a fixed overtime fee equivalent to 43 hours (62,000 yen to 84,300 yen) 

* 43 If overtime work is done, overtime allowances are paid 


● Annual income of 3.7 million to 5 million yen is possible ( depending on ability / experience)
