Job Description

1. Planning of construction period plan, schedule management, cost management, quality control. 
2. Design supervision and construction supervision. 
3. Planning support for capital investment projects (basic design, estimation, process planning, etc.). 
4. Ordering former general contractor and price negotiation and contract content confirmation, such as.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 8.5 million yen (including overtime and various allowances)
