Job Description

 As a candidate for the planning group of the Customer Support Department , while making proposals for projects to enhance customer experience and increase profits, and to improve work efficiency within the department, Assist with planning group management. 

The main missions of the group are as follows. 

(1) PDCA cycle management and KPI achievement in cooperation with related departments 

(2) Planning of measures to increase profits by enhancing customer experience 

(3) Improvement of work efficiency and standardization of operations 

[specifically] 

Settlement Streamline the new client registration flow for the solution “Anywhere”, define requirements to launch it as a subsystem, or standardize inventory management. 

In addition, for large-scale introduction projects (thousands to tens of thousands of accounts), we participate in projects that are formed each time together with introduction consultants and other engineers, and invent and coordinate from a planning standpoint in order to standardize the operations of transactions raised from the clients concerned. It is a job to break down and organize the tasks of members of the customer support department each time. 

[Products (Anywhere)] 

This is a system that does not require a conventional dedicated terminal and allows credit card payments using smartphones and tablets.

[Mandatory requirements]

・ Work experience in the payment industry such as the same business or credit card company 

・ Experience in starting or rebuilding the customer support department
