Based on the sales plan, it manages the manufacturing flow. 

– tailor-made suit of production management as regards delivery, the product interact with the dough craftsmen and or companies within the department inspection work on the sample on-stocking merchandise, office processing business, etc., such as document processing one of the work in response to the instruction There is an environment where you can always work in cooperation with other members, not in the routine. 

[About custom-made suits handled] 

The number of customers per day on site is about 5 sets. 

The suit costs between 300,000 and 400,000 yen per customer, but it is an ideal environment for those who want to touch high-quality items because it is used at important milestones and departures . 

[Working environment]

 In order to create an environment in which improvements and proposals can always be requested from the worksite, work patterns that were personal to improve the quality of the worksite together with quality improvements are planned. We are Those who have thoughts and ideas of “more like this” are welcome while reviewing all the procedures from ordering methods to realizing ease of work as production management. 

Also, because it is made-to-order, there is no large-scale ordering and overtime is an average of about 1 hour per day.

【企画・生産管理】80年の歴史ある老舗テーラー

販売計画に基づき、製造の一連の流れを管理します。
・オーダーメイドのスーツの生産管理
・納品する商品に関して生地職人さんとや各社内部署とのやり取り
・サンプルに対する検品作業
・仕入れ商品に関する、伝票処理などの事務処理業務 等
指示を受けて1つの仕事をルーティンで行うのではなく、常に他メンバーと協業しながら働ける環境をがあります。

【扱うオーダーメイドスーツについて】
現場での一日の接客人数は約5組ほど。
客単価30～40万円というスーツですが、お客様の大切な節目や門出で使用されるスーツのため、
高品質なものに触れていきたい方にとっては最適な環境です。

現場から常に改善や提案を要望できるような環境を整えていくため、品質向上とあわせて現場のパフォーマンスをより発揮するために属人的だった仕事内容をパターン化を図っております。発注方法からその手順など全て見直しを行い、生産管理として働きやすさを実現しつつ、「もっとこうした方がいい」という考えやアイデアがある方は歓迎です。
またオーダーメイドのため大量発注もなく、残業も平均1日1時間程度の環境です。

お客様一人ひとりの体にフィットしたオーダーメイドスーツを販売する昭和10年から続く老舗テーラーです。昨年新たに20～30代の若者にスポットライトを当てた新店舗もオープン。
世界高級紳士服展に日本代表として4回出場するなど海外でも知られた存在で、
顧客には芸能、社長、政財界などのトップが名を連ねています。
