Job Description

■ Recruit-issuing recruitment media planning / consulting business 

Advertising / technical proposal activities such as recruiting new graduates, career recruitment, part-time employment, recruitment / owner recruitment, etc. 

■ Proposal of support company pamphlet, recruitment HP, recruitment agency service, recruitment management system (ATS) etc.

Hiring requirements

No work experience required for university graduates.

Discretionary labor system. 

Fixed overtime system.

Fixed overtime pay basic salary: 184,908 yen to 198,534 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 57,248 yen to 61,466 yen. 

Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 40 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

40 hours of overtime is included in the monthly salary as a lump sum overtime fee (extra amount paid separately).

5.39 million yen / 2nd year of joining / 283,200 yen per month + incentive + bonus. 

7.59 million yen / 5th year of joining / monthly wage 351,900 yen + incentive + bonus.

Selection process
