Job Description

You will be responsible for the construction management of the company’s environmental conservation plant (drainage and exhaust gas treatment equipment).

1. Construction budget. 

2. Schedule formulation. 

3. Construction management. 

4. Selection of partner companies. 

5. Adjustment of processes with other departments. 

6. Technical advice. 

7. Confirmation of progress etc.

Hiring requirements

[Requirement] 

of the following qualifications, who owns one 

1. one, two class architect construction management engineer. 

2. primary, secondary civil engineering construction management engineer. 

3. primary, secondary tube construction construction management engineer. 

[Hisashi Possible] 

1. First-class civil construction management engineer. 

2. First-class construction construction management engineer. 

3. First-class pipe construction management engineer.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4 million yen to 7 million yen (bonuses, including overtime) 

* Determined by company regulations, taking into account experience, previous annual income, age, etc. 

Monthly salary: 262,750 yen ~ 

 

30 years old Single: 4 million yen (not including overtime) 

35 years old Marriage: 5 million yen (2 children, not including overtime) 

40 years old Manager: 6 million yen 

Raise: Year Once (April), Bonus: Twice a year (June / December * may vary depending on assessment), Commuting allowance (up to 30,000 yen / month based on company regulations), Overtime allowance: Full payment.
