This is the first service for launching a new business within thecompany. This is a new problem-solving human resource service thatintroduces “management advisors” who possess advanced experience and skills toclient companies with various management and business issues. This servicewas launched by two people eight years ago, but is now developing into abusiness with 100 people.

New Businesses A program that recruits and selects new business proposals fromgroup employees that can realize the Group vision of “Toward theGrowth Creation Infrastructure for People and Organizations”. Projectsthat have passed the final selection will be commercialized as a new group withan initial investment of up to 100 million yen

Estimated annual income: 4.4 million yen to 6.9million yen

Monthly salary: 226,600 yen to 330,000 yen 
Wage form: Salary system, salary increase / promotion: Scheduled twice a year,Bonus salary: Twice a year (6-12 years), other incentive system for performance
