Job Description

You will be entrusted with the formulation and management of management policy proposals for the entire group in Japan and overseas (US, Korea, Taiwan, etc.). We will support the development of the Group by making accurate management decisions at the closest location to management.

2. Planning / planning / execution in new business areas (business development)

4. Management plan creation operations 

5. Internal and external environments Research and analysis business, marketing analysis

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

・ Business planning (management strategy) work experience 10 years or more, or listed company management planning department manager experience 

・ Business promotion (business strategy) manager in listed companies 

(and all of the following : Native) / English (business level) 

* Because there are operations such as exchanges, discussions, and coordinating with overseas group companies (e-mail, telephone conference, overseas business trips, etc.) 


・ Venture companies, listed companies, and global companies CEO or executive assistant experience , management experience , MBA (Master of Business Administration) holder

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 10 million to 13 million yen 

* Determined by company regulations based on previous work, experience, skills, etc. 

Salary revision once a year (June), bonus year twice (June / December), commuting allowance (month) (Up to 50,000 yen)
