Job Description

A system (web, app) system for users and stores in Rakuten Ichiba, Japan’s largest internet shopping mall (number of store openings: 40,000, 140 million items, annual distribution of over 1.4 trillion yen) You will be responsible for planning and realizing with your team members how to grow your service and how to contribute to business development. After the development project starts, you will be responsible for requirements definition, project management, negotiations with related departments, etc. as the face of the service.

-User / customer conscious requirement definition based on market, competition, and business requirements 

-Project plan planning and promotion 

-Coordination between related departments and risk management to guide the project to release 

You will be responsible for the development and operation of services in charge at the Nagoya branch. 

We listen carefully to requests from users, stores, and Rakuten Ichiba Division, propose what we can do to improve the service, and work with engineers to make it happen. Rakuten producers have the roles of both product managers and project managers. Specifically, they have the following duties. 

<Role as product manager> 

-Identify improvement points from various KPIs of the 

service in charge, create a project- create a road map of the service (determine competitive analysis, identify trends, and consider the future of the service)-Requirements for 

development projects Responsible for reviewing definitions and specifications (screen UI, functions to be implemented, etc.)

・ Development project schedule ・ Budget management 

・ Negotiation and coordination with all stakeholders of development projects ・

Salary revision twice a year (June-December)

Selection process
