Job Description

・ Consumer market analysis (needs, region, trend, target, etc.) and advantageous purchasing and product analysis together with business format producers. 

・ Participate in business plan planning utilizing expertise in cooking and taste

・Menu lineup and product planning that matches the new business style considered by business type producers 

・Product development and shipping analysis using internal human resources or external experts 

・ Product judgment based on sales analysis, review of released products, implementation of improvements
