商品開発―海外商品部担当＜長期出張あり、語学力不問＞

【配属部署】
安楽亭の店舗配属となります。

メイン業務は安楽亭ベトナムのメニュー開発と現地スタッフの調理指導です。また、日本国内にいる時には安楽亭の店舗配属となります。
・グランドメニューや季節ごとに展開されるフェアで提供する限定メニューの開発
・既存のメニューや、食材のブラッシュアップ
・開発したメニューに関して店舗での提供を見据えてレシピの作成
・従業員への調理指導
・新しい食材や提供業者の開拓

ベトナム現地には日本語が話せるスタッフがいるため、語学力は不要です。
商品開発未経験・海外未経験の方も、ベテラン先輩社員がいるので、OJTを通じて、既存のメニュー、オペレーションなどを理解し、商品開発へとつなげていくために学んでいただけます。

焼肉を中心に各種飲食店のチェーン経営及び
飲食店に関する原材料の販売、卸業務、飲食店経営のコンサルティング活動

■焼き肉レストラン『安楽亭』をはじめ『炭火焼肉　七輪房』、『炭火　からくに屋』、
『AGRICO』、『Cafe Bean’s』、『和食　春秋亭』など他業態店舗を展開

【募集背景】
安楽亭は国内外への積極的な店舗展開と新たな業態開発を通じて、2030年までのグローバル売上1,000億円を目指しています。海外展開に関しましては、 2017年にはベトナムに現地法人を立ち上げ、ベトナム１号店をオープンさせ、2018年にはベトナムに２号店を出店、今後もベトナムに限らず、東南アジアを中心に、積極的な海外展開を行う予定です。日本食の魅力を世界に広げ、安楽亭の海外事業を安定的に拡大させていくために「海外商品部担当」を募集することになりました。

【必須経験】　
・和・洋・中・韓国・エスニックなど専門分野を持って、調理や商品開発をされてきた経験

【あると望ましい経験】
・外食の商品開発実務経験
・海外駐在経験

Job Description

Main business is menu development of Anrakutei Vietnam and cooking instruction of local staff. Also, if you are in Japan, you will be assigned to Anrakutei stores. 

・ Development of limited menus offered at the grand menu and fairs held every season 

・ Brushing up existing menus and ingredients 

・ Creating recipes for developed menus with a view to offering at stores 

・ Guide cooking instructions to employees 

・ Develop new ingredients and suppliers 

There is a staff who can speak Japanese in Vietnam, so language skills are not required. 

Even those who are not experienced in product development or overseas have experienced senior employees, so they can learn to understand existing menus and operations through OJT and lead to product development.

Salary increase: 

Bonus based on quarterly evaluation system : paid twice a year (July / December)
