Product manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for product management, including system design and development, which incorporates the latest technological trends for the future of the company’s manufacturing applications and systems. 

[Main business details] 

■ Interview with our company’s technology, sales members, and customers, define system requirements based on the content 

■ Create UI / UX specifications from requirement definitions, assign internal engineers and partner companies to the project 

■ Development management 

■ Summary of function enhancement items for in-house products and management by assigning in-house engineers and partner companies to projects 

[Development items] 

■ Web application for manufacturing sites (in-house products and scratches for each customer) 

■ Manufacturing IoT system for industry (including data collection, analysis, control, etc.) 

[Main languages] 

■ python (IoT, backend). 

■ JavaScript (frontend) .

* Basically, the system design is based on the concept of running the core system with a browser.

・Those who have management experience in development projects. 

・Those who have a track record of service improvement based on customer service usage data,

・ those who have a track record of incorporating customer needs into system / app requirements definitions. 

・ Those who have experience in waterfall development management. 

・ Agile development experience, especially those with product owners and scrum leaders. 

・ Persons with both front-end and back-end development. 

・ People with development experience in python or JavaScript. 

Expected annual salary when entering the company6 million yen to 15 million yenWorking hours09: 00〜18: 00

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 6 to 15 million yen 

* Determined according to job title and ability. 

Monthly: 500,000 yen to 1250,000 yen (including fixed allowance) 

annual salary system, salary increase: Once a year (September), commuting allowance under plan for stock acquisition rights (stock option)
