Job Description

Overall PM work for all company services

 ・ Development of product vision and roadmap .
・ Discovering issues faced by users, creating ideas to solve issues , presenting specific product images to realize ideas 
・ Progress management of the entire product development project Presentation of improvement plans based on data and facilitation data, planning of release plans, direction to internal teams (development, marketing, PR, sales), etc.

Hiring requirements

One of the following experiences. 
・ Those who have experience in planning / suggestion / direction of smartphone application development ・ Those who have experience in planning / suggestion / direction of website development.
* Any size is acceptable.

プロダクトマネージャー

自社サービス全体のPM業務全般
・プロダクトビジョンとロードマップの策定
・ユーザーの抱える課題の発見と、課題を解決するアイデアの創出
・アイデアを実現する具体的プロダクトイメージの提示
・プロダクト開発プロジェクト全体の進捗管理とファシリテーション
・データを踏まえた改善案の提示
・リリース計画の立案
・社内の各チーム（開発・マーケティング・PR・セールス）へのディレクション

【事業内容】
SUGARでは、「１：１：N」のライブ動画配信プラットフォーム「SUGAR」を開発しています。

【SUGARの特徴】
・アーティスト様から「生」でテレビ電話がかかってきます。
・テレビ電話がかかってきた方の中からランダムで選ばれた方が通話ができます。
・お持ちのスマートフォンだけで配信に参加出来ます。
・「盛り」ができるリアルタイムメイクアップ機能や、顔スタンプ機能があります。

TVCMやドラマ主演クラスの芸能人が配信者として参加しています。

サービス開発・プロダクト企画を推進して頂くプロダクトマネージャーが必要

・スマートフォンアプリケーション開発の企画/提案/ディレクションのご経験がある方
・Webサイト開発の企画/提案/ディレクションのご経験がある方
