Job Description

The company will entrust production engineering work for hydraulic equipment (transmissions, etc.) for industrial machinery.

1. Start-up of mass production of new models (examination of process plans and equipment specifications) 

2. Improvement / enhancement of existing production lines 

3. Development of production technologies (development and design of new technologies and new construction methods) 

4. Overseas such as start-up support of production bases

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 3.5 million to 5 million yen (including overtime and various allowances) 

Monthly salary: Basic salary of 210,000 to 280,000 yen

30 years old: 3.5 million yen per year (including various allowances) 

40 years old: 4.5 million yen per year (including various allowances) 

Senior: 7 million yen- 

salary increase: once a year (April), bonus: achievement, June / December payment based on evaluation (last year’s result 5 to 5.5 months) Commuting allowance: Provided according to regulations
