Job Description

As a wire harness production engineer, I will promote operations as the center of business expansion and take charge of operations such as production process improvement.

1. Introduction and start-up of production equipment 

2. Start-up of mass production of new products (process setting, equipment introduction and process improvement) 

3. Production process improvement (work improvement and man-hour improvement)

The company’s wire harness business is growing every year. The product group includes industrial camera harnesses and robot harnesses, and production sites are diverse in Japan and overseas. Production engineering work is an indispensable job for manufacturing, and it can be rewarding for those who like manufacturing and where they can shape their own ideas, such as introducing equipment designed or planned by themselves.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Have experience in overall production engineering work (equipment introduction, process setting, man-hour improvement, defect improvement, etc.) 

2. A series of knowledge and experience from production equipment introduction to mass production start-up 

3. CAD can be used and machine drawings can be read 


1. Electric circuit (sequence) knowledge 

2. Jig manufacturing experience using a processing machine (milling machine, etc.) 

3. Molding (die design) Knowledge 

4. Experience in production technology of companies related to wire harness, or knowledge of production technology in general outside of companies related to wire harness 

5. Experience in machine design, mold design experience, wire harness manufacturing technology

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual salary: 4.8 million yen (reference example: about 40 years of age) 

Assumed basic salary: about 300,000 yen

6 months when hired The company will enter the company with a fixed-term contract (* 1), and the employee appointment (* 2) will be implemented six months later.
