Job Description

Proposal-type sales of industrial cleaning equipment for customers in various fields and industries such as building maintenance, construction engineering, various factories, car dealers, agriculture / livestock industry, and public facilities. 

[Specific business content] 

1. Develop an action plan and make proposals through approaches to new customers or through agents and dealers. 

2.Explain to users about product performance and product differentiation. 

3.A demonstration will be held at the customer’s site, and you will be able to experience the features of various cleaning equipments directly and deepen their understanding, leading to the conclusion of business negotiations. 

There are various problems and needs that customers have , such as “I don’t know how to clean effectively” and “I want to delete labor costs with an efficient cleaning method” . 

First of all, we will discuss the concerns and needs related to cleaning from discussions with customers, make proposals according to the situation, then repeat business negotiations, and customers will see a demonstration as the final decisive factor.

[About customers in charge] 

Car dealers, auto maintenance factories, architectural civil engineering companies, agriculture /livestockers , Building maintenance industry, hospital facilities, food factories, logistics warehouses, hotels and restaurants, various factories, public facilities, retail facilities, industrial waste industry, etc. 

* The customer in charge is divided by each team, and the team is organized with the customer in charge by industry.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements. 

1.Both individuals and corporations, people with sales experience, or, who has experience as a salesperson (a measure more than 3 years) 

2. Those who have an ordinary car license 

3. Those who are highly motivated to achieve their goals and can perform their business 

4. Those who can handle Word and Excel at the business level

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.3 million yen to 5 million yen (excluding incentives). 

Monthly salary: 220,000 yen to 350,000 yen (determined based on the Company’s rules taking into account experience, ability, and previous salary).

Salary increase: Annual (January). 

Bonus : Twice a year (January / July) Performance-linked. 

Incentive system: Bonuses and individual / branch teams are paid separately (monthly). 

* Sales cars, PCs and mobile phones are lent to sales staff
