Job Description

As PMO, we will support decision-making on project management of client companies. 


Many projects undertaken in the world have failed because project management is not functioning well. 

The reasons are as follows: 

“Since the project progress and issue status are not visible, management decision-making is wrong.” 

“Organization of roles is unclear, so there is work that is not progressing.” 

“Requirement definition is not clear while project scope is unclear. In order to overcome the above-mentioned issues, we will provide support for decision-making on site establishment and project management.

Support for overall project planning, analysis of promotion projects, proposals for improvement, improvement proposals, visualization of the status of promotion leads and projects, reporting to the steering committee, and PMO team leader Command / Leader for members

Hiring requirements


of the following, two or more people meet the requirements , project management work experience projects members of more than 20 people project experience team lead operations in system development projects or business reform project 


· PMO experience 

– PM experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

* Working hours vary depending on the client in the project. 

Annual salary system, salary increase once a year (revision of salary is based on individual performance, not seniority), transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen).
