As PMO, we will support decision-making on project management of client companies.
Many projects undertaken in the world have failed because project management is not functioning well.
The reasons are as follows:
“Since the project progress and issue status are not visible, management decision-making is wrong.”
“Organization of roles is unclear, so there is work that is not progressing.”
“Requirement definition is not clear while project scope is unclear. In order to overcome the above-mentioned issues, we will provide support for decision-making on site establishment and project management.
We will perform various tasks such as introducing and fixing the project management process.
・ Creating a system to share the will and management process of the consultant and PM of the company with all project members
・ Establishing the solution proposed by the consultant on a site basis
・ Other support to make the project progress and process smoother General

* Working hours vary depending on the client in the project.
Annual salary system, salary increase once a year (revision of salary is based on individual performance, not seniority), transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen).
