Job Description

As the project managerat the company’s First Party Development Department, you will be responsiblefor managing the entire development department’s KPI, development progress, anddevelopment costs.

In order tounderstand the status of all projects in the development department, we willcommunicate closely with each development group, cooperate with the projectmanagement team, and will be responsible for reporting progress to uppermanagement. 
 Communicateclosely with the development manager of each project and other stakeholders tounderstand the progress of the project, etc. 
 Defineproductivity and quality KPIs, and promote innovation in the entire R &D department 
 Projectsfor upper management to report the progress of the 
cooperation with the Company of the projectmanager, the development process, to promote the standardization of developmentmethods 
to promote the development methodology ofAgile, such as, scrum, the scrum master training in the department
