Job Description

As a project manager, you will be responsible for mid-career recruitment in the career recruitment area of ​​corporate customers. Since we have inquiries from various industries, we will assign work according to the industry / market we are good at after joining the company.

We will work to solve business and management issues by working deeply into customers, raising the competitiveness of our customers, and supporting continuous organizational growth.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 5.7 million to 8.4 million yen 

* Annual income is an amount that stipulates overtime pay for 40 hours. 

Monthly income: 280,000 yen to 420,000 yen 

Overtime work allowance: Separately paid for the above monthly income. 

Monthly salary system, salary increase / promotion: Scheduled twice a year, Bonus payment: Twice a year (June / December), Incentive system (depending on performance)
