Job Description

Responsible for direct sales of POS + (POS +) POS products for smart devices provided by the company. 

1. For the customer

In addition to the POS function, it is possible to use data to improve store management, and client companies in various industries and business types use this product to discover management issues, which can increase sales and The purpose is to improve efficiency. 

3. Specific business 

We will conduct deep-cultivated sales to major domestic and overseas customers. 

In cooperation with the company’s system development team, we will propose business solutions to customers while pursuing diverse customer needs and convenience. 

4. Mainly developing rewarding, attractive , nationwide chain stores and hairdressing industry, so you can gain sales experience for large corporations. 

・ Supports multi-language and multi-currency, and is used in overseas stores such as Taiwan and Vietnam, so it may be able to play an active role globally in the future.

5. About the market 

The government encourages stores to buy cash registers by providing subsidies for measures to reduce tax rates. In recent years, the cash register market has moved at a high level. Also, in order to improve operational efficiency and cost reductions due to labor shortages, mainly in the restaurant business, from legacy POS, which had a high maintenance cost, to a cloud-managed mobile POS with relatively low operating costs, such as this product The replacement of is still progressing. In such an environment, we are strengthening our organization in order to establish a firm position in the industry. 

“POS +” aims to be a “people and organization growth creation infrastructure” that connects individuals and corporations. In the future, we will introduce services such as the Fintech area, BtoC apps, and reservations to enhance the service level of the product and build up more services. It has already been installed in more than 10,000 stores and is currently ranked first in the mPOS paid version in Japan, but we will continue to expand the market while differentiating from other companies.
