Job Description
【ポジション】投資用不動産(商業施設・ビル等)の用地・物件仕入れ【残業月平均20時間／東証一部上場】同社の新規事業における、投資用不動産の用地仕入業務をお任せ。
用地・物件の情報収集から、調査、事業計画、交渉、取引までの諸業務を担当します。
介護施設・ロジ以外、全ての投資用物件(ビル、商業施設、ホテルなど)が対象となります。
＜業務内容＞
・土地の情報収集
信託銀行、銀行系不動産会社、設計事務所、ゼネコン、地主、地元の仲介業者などから情報収集
・物件調査 ・事業計画
役所における規制など諸条件の調査、現地における周辺環境の調査
プロジェクトとして成立させるための事業計画立案
・売買交渉
・用地・物件購入【事業内容】・自社ブランドマンション「レーベン」「ネベル」シリーズ、戸建新築分譲住宅の企画・開発・販売事業
・メガソーラーをはじめとする発電事業

Job Description
Entrust the land purchase of real estate for investment in the company’s new business.
Responsible for various operations from information collection of land and properties to surveys, business planning, negotiations, and transactions.
All investment properties (buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, etc.) other than nursing care facilities and logistics are eligible.
