【配属部署】
現在は約50名の営業事業部、6名体制での商品開発室では、食品原料の輸入・販売や、当社の輸入した原料を使い、飲料・お菓子・加工食品など新商品の開発に向け、商品企画、マーケティング、研究開発に取り組んでいます。
品質保証(QA)は社長直轄で、当社が取り扱う原料・消費者商品の安全・安心を担保する、当社の最重要な部門となります。

【ポジション概要】
現在、各営業事業部でコーヒー・ココア・ナッツ・胡麻・乾燥野菜等の食品原料を輸入して、飲料・菓子等食品加工メーカーに供給していることに加えて、商品開発室では当社が輸入する食品原料を使った自社ブランド商品と、小売店などからの要望を反映させて開発するPB商品の開発に取り組んでいます。
品質保証(QA)マネージャーは、社長直轄で尚且つ事業部の原料への品質保証(QA)も担当する重要なポジションです。

【業務詳細】
品質保証(QA)担当として以下の仕事をお任せします。
・食品関連の各種法令確認
・原材料（工場）リスク管理
・委託工場工程リスク管理
・デザインレビュー（企画～販売）
・工場監査
・内部監査
・規格/工程承認
・品質表示 作成・確認
・規格書作成
・クレーム対応並びに改善指導立案

【事業内容】
コーヒー・ココア・ゴマ・ナッツ・スパイス・乾燥野菜及び加工トマト等の食品原料の輸入・販売、食品の企画・開発

【取扱商品について】
◼︎コーヒー…同社は世界中でコーヒーの農園事業や集荷に強みを持つOlam社の供給基盤と、三菱商事の持つグローバルな調達力を生かして、あらゆる産地から安心・安全な原料を安定的に輸入し、顧客に届けています。また、近年注目されているレインフォレスト・アライアンスやフェアトレードをはじめとした認証原料やスペシャルティーコーヒー、インスタントコーヒーやコーヒーエキスといった製品も幅広く取り扱い、顧客のニーズに合わせた商品開発・調達を実現しています。
◼︎ココア…カカオ豆・カカオ加工品(ココアリカー・バター・パウダー)・原料チョコレートを取り扱っています。最大産地アフリカ(コートジボワール・ガーナ)の他、東南アジア(インドネシア)、中南米(コロンビア・エクアドル)など幅広い地域から提供しています。レインフォレスト・アライアンスやフェアトレード等認証原料も取り扱っています。協力メーカーとの連携に基づき、最終商品の提案も可能です。
◼︎ナッツ…アーモンド・カシューナッツ・ヘーゼルナッツ・胡桃を取り扱っています。Olam社は豪州と米国にアーモンドの農園を有し、通年で安定した供給が可能です。海外加工場所を利用し、皮むき、ダイス、スライス等加工済のものを直接提供もしています。協力メーカーとの提携に基づき、業務用商品・小売商品の提案も可能です。
◼︎トマト製品・乾燥野菜・スパイス…トマト製品(トマトペースト・ダイストマト)、乾燥野菜(玉ねぎ・にんにく)、及び香辛料(胡椒・パプリカ・その他スパイス)の取り扱いがあります。トマト製品はアメリカ・中国・ポルトガル・スペイン・トルコ・チリ他の産地より希望に合わせた提案が可能です。グループ会社であるOlam社製品を中心に、乾燥野菜は米国産やエジプト産等、香辛料は東南アジア(べトナム産やインドネシア産等)やインド産等の原料の提案が可能です。
◼︎胡麻…三菱グループのネットワークを通じ、トレーサブル且つ高付加価値な胡麻を提供します。健康食材として注目されている胡麻を生かした商品も、協力会社と共に開発していきます。

【募集背景】
三菱商事グループの一員として、コーヒー・ココア・ナッツ・胡麻・乾燥野菜などの食品原料を輸入し、飲料・菓子等食品加工メーカーに供給している当社。今年商品開発室を拡充させて、原料を活かした自社ブランド・PBの消費者商品の開発にも本格的に取り組みを開始しました。
従来の原料取引に加えて、消費者商品の開発体制が整ったことから、品質保証体制を充実させるべく、この分野で活躍いただく方を募集することになりました。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
◼年収についての補足
　入社時期により賞与が変動するため、入社年の年収は480~740万円になります。

Job Description

[Position Overview] 

Each business division currently imports food ingredients such as coffee, cocoa, nuts, sesame seeds and dried vegetables and supplies them to food processing manufacturers such as beverages and confectionery. We are working on the development of our own brand products that use food ingredients we import and PB products that reflect the demands of retailers.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is an important position under the direct control of the president and also responsible for quality assurance (QA) of raw materials in the division.

 

[Details of work] 

I will entrust the following work as quality assurance (QA) charge.

And food-related laws and regulations confirmation and raw materials (plant) risk management -commissioned factory process risk management , design review (planning – sales) , factory audit , internal audit and standards / process approval ,quality display creating and checking -standard drafting. Complaint handling and improvement guidance planning.

 

Hiring requirements

・ Food quality assurance (QA) management experience

・ Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) experience of food manufacturers such as beverages, confectionery and processed foods.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Supplementary information on annual salary Since, bonuses vary depending on the time of joining the company, annual income for the year of entry will be between 4.8 and 7.4 million yen.

Treatment Commuting allowance payment bonus.

Bonus consists of a fixed basic bonus twice a year and a variable bonus.

* Although it varies depending on business results and achievements, the average is about 4 months in total.
