Job Description

You will be responsible for protecting the food safety and quality assurance of the company’s products based on management systems such as ISO9001 and ISO22000 in cooperation with each department in the company.

In August 2016, the company established ISO9001 management, an international standard that defined requirements for work related to product quality from suppliers. Updated system registration. Acquiring certification means that the company’s product development, ordering, processing, manufacturing, shipping, and related administrative systems are recognized as meeting international standards. 

 

ISO22000 is an international standard for food safety that came into effect in September 2005. The company has been working on safety from the early days by adopting the HACCP method, and the center cut fruit department and the head office cut fruit related business execution department have obtained this ISO 22000 certification for the first time in the fruit and vegetable industry. Based on an international standard management system that incorporates elements such as risk management and compliance that contribute to the sustainable development of companies related to food, we provide customers with safe and secure products.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.5 million yen to 4 million yen 

* Determined based on age and experience. 

* Annual income includes bonuses (3.6 months a year and overtime allowance 20 hours / month). 

Salary increase: Once a year (April), Bonus: Twice a year (July, December), Commuting transportation expenses (provided actual expenses within the tax exemption range)
