70万ショップが使うECサービス「BASE」のWebアプリケーションエンジニアを募集！

Eコマースプラットフォーム「BASE」のスケーラブルかつ高いユーザビリティを実現するサービス基盤開発や、
ショップオーナーが「BASE」を使って”かんたん”に売れる機能の開発をご担当いただきます。

プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーが考えたものをただ作るのではなく、
サービスがどうあるべきかを周りを巻き込みながらゼロベースで考え、仕様に落とし込み、実装していくことが求められます。

1. チームにおけるサーバサイドエンジニアとしてWebサービス/アプリの一定の運用経験をお持ちの方
2. 他部署を巻き込んで大きなプロジェクトを成功させたいという意欲や、コミュニケーションを積極的にしていく意思をお持ちの方

【歓迎要件】
1. ユニットテストや仕様化テスト、負荷テストなどの設計・運用経験がある
2. インフラの知識・運用経験がある（クラウド、特にAWSは歓迎）
3. コードレビューやGitHubでのプルリクエストレビューなどの経験がある
4. すでにある問題を解決するだけでなく、「BASE」というプロダクトの課題やコードレベルの課題など、問題を積極的に”見つけて”いき、自ら解決をしていける方
