Job Description

This company is engaged in mid-career recruitment (RPO) business for corporate customers, and will be responsible for resolving customer issues as its recruiter. After joining the company, I will be in charge of the project in charge according to my favorite industry and market. 


* Recruitment process outsourcing / recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a service that is particularly in use overseas in the United States and Europe. 

We support the entire recruitment process, from recruitment of media placement and agent requests, to entry acceptance, selection, interview adjustment, communication with applicants, and results analysis. 

It is characterized by being able to directly engage in solving recruitment issues for customers while utilizing the strength of the Persol Group as a comprehensive human resources service. 


[Concrete operations] 

1. We will deepen our interview with customers, raise their recruitment competitiveness, and support continuous organizational growth to help them solve their business and management issues. 

2. Planning / execution of hiring plans 

Depending on the hiring issues of customers, we will respond widely as hiring professionals focusing on the following items. 

And proposals of the adopted plan and adopted channel pioneer and selection and management, population formation and selection management as recruiters

TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS

Estimated annual income: 4.2 million to 6.5 million yen (monthly salary 215,000 to 330,000 yen, overtime allowance:separately paid monthly salary) 

* Expected annual income includes overtime allowance of 40 hours /month. Salary increases and promotions: Scheduled twice a year, bonus payments: twice a year (June and December)
