Job Description

You will be responsible for the sales staff who will serve as the contact point for the contractor who undertakes the work undertaken by the company. 

Mainly in the corporate business of private construction work, we listen to customer requests, make planning proposals in cooperation with internal engineers and departments, and engage in external affairs from order contracts to completion.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual salary: 3.5 million to 7 million yen * Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience and ability 

Estimated monthly salary: 230.000 yen to 465.000 yen 

Professional salary: 230.000 yen to 345.000 yen / month job 

allowance: 0 to 120,000 yen / month 

salary increases: once a year (January), bonus: twice a year (June-December)
