Job Description

In the Sales Planning Department, youwill be responsible for a series of operations from planning, attractingcustomers, analyzing and improving seminars related to recruitment. 

[Concrete work] 
1. New seminar planning * You can freely plan, such as planning a new theme orarranging research from instructor research. 
2. Design from customer 
collection to operation 3. Creation and operation of seminarmaterials and announcement manuscripts (corporate company website, etc.) 
4. Verification and improvement of effects (analysis of visit data,questionnaire data, etc.) 
5. Seminar operation (instructors are external) of the person or companyemployees in charge)

The purpose of the seminar is various, but roughly divided into threetypes. 
We hold seminars less than 10 times a month. 

[Mission]

This position covers planning,operation, and improvement of all seminars for the purpose of lead nurturing(cultivation of prospective customers), acquisition of leads (acquisition ofprospective customers), and sales promotion. 
Planning, analyzing and improving recruited content with the aim of maximizingsales of a sales organization of approximately 200 people. 
You will be assigned to a sales planning group with elements of BtoB marketing,such as planning new seminars every month, working with owned media, andresearching external lecturers. 

[Challenging]

-From sales perspectives and salesperspectives, we will design who will tell what and how, and drop it into aseminar to create stories and materials. In this way, you can freely planthe purpose of appealing and setting up events. You can collaborate withcompanies and HR media, and work freely. 
-Marketing skills are required from a BtoB perspective on how to attract andattract customers, and you can put yourself in an environment where you cannaturally acquire marketing skills.

 

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.4 million to6.9 million yen, basic salary: 220,000 yen to 350,000 yen (separate overtimeallowance) * Determined based on experience and skills, salary of previous job* Annual salary is 40 hours overtime It is an amount assuming allowancepayment. 
Scheduled to raise salary / promotion twice a year, bonus twice a year (June /December), trial period 3 months (* No change during treatment period, etc.)
