Job Description

In order to gather tenants in the managed property, we will entrust you with all the operations centered on sales. 

First of all, you will experience a series of real estate management operations through training, and then focus on echo sales. 

<Main business contents> 

● during the training period and brokerage business (sales promotion), tenants corresponding owners like correspondence (suggestion of customers conditional or renovation), cancellation processing of the property, and facilities such as confirmation of the order of re-recruiting 

● Resonance sales for customer acquisition after the training period.

Hiring requirements

<Mandatory>-Person who has experience in rental brokerage 

<WANT>-Person who has experience as manager in rental brokerage.
