You will be in charge of a wide range of properties, including rental management and building management, rental brokerage, and rental real estate management services, mainly for in-house properties such as condominiums and apartments.
Prior to increasing the number of tenants, emphasis is placed on enhancing customer satisfaction, and the relationship of trust is established by reporting the property balance to the owner once a month and proposals for renewal of facilities before being requested.

Full monthly salary
There is a monthly average of about 30 hours
Discretionary labor system & fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime pay: 84,075 yen to 104,000 yen
