【配属部署】
現在40名ほどの組織、営業部隊に関しては中途よりも新卒の方が多い組織です。

同社が現在もっとも注力しているRPA領域の新規ビジネスに関するRPAエンジニアを担当いただきます。

【具体的な業務イメージ】
業務コンサルタントの指示のもとロボットを実装し、かつご経験をお持ちの方は
クリエイターチームのマネージメントを行うポジションです。
・ロボット開発・運用保守
・ロボット品質管理
・クリエイターチームマネージメント

【特記事項】
・実際にプログラミング言語を用いて開発を行うというわけではありません。
・同社が用いているRPA導入ツールでは.NETの親和性が高いものとなっているため
　.NET環境にて開発を経験されている方はスピーディーにキャッチアップいただけます。

【業務コンサルタントの方の業務イメージ】
＜RPAの導入支援業務＞
人手不足、生産向上に悩む顧客の課題を特定し、主にRPAツールを使った自動化を進めていくポジションです。ユーザ窓口から依頼の案件に対して、ヒアリングや操作記録を行い業務フローの整理を行います。
そのユーザーごとの結果に応じて、どの業務・どの基幹システム間に対してＲＰＡ化すべきか、どのようなＲＰＡ化が望ましいか提案いただきます。

＜RPAのロボット（シナリオ）作成指示書作成およびテスト＞
・記提案内容に基づいて、ロボットクリエイター（ＲＰＡエンジニア）に対して、
　具体的なＲＰＡロボット（シナリオ）開発の指示書を作成します。
　またロボットクリエイターから納品されたロボットの動作確認を行ったうえで、
　導入いただきます。

・業務フロー可視化、整理
・PoC（検証）の設計
・ロボット企画・設計（※実装はロボットクリエイターが行います）
・顧客先でのデモ実施
・顧客先でのRPAツール研修

【必須経験】
以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・プログラミングの経験をお持ちの方（※言語は問わない）
・RPAツールを使ってロボット開発を行った経験1年以上
・自動化ツールなどを作成して導入したご経験をお持ちの方

【あると望ましい経験】
・SaaSの業務システム（MAツールやCRMなど）導入経験

<RPA introduction support work> 

This is a position to identify issues for customers who are struggling with labor shortages and production improvements, and to promote automation mainly using RPA tools. Conduct interviews and record operations for the items requested from the user counter to organize the work flow. 

Depending on the results of each user, you will be asked which RPA should be used for which business and which core system, and what RPA should be used. 

<Creation and test of RPA robot (scenario) creation instructions> 

-Based on the proposed content, we will create specific RPA robot (scenario) development instructions for robot creators (RPA engineers) . In addition, after confirming the operation of the robot delivered by the robot creator, you will be introduced. 

・ Visualization and organization of work flow. 

・ PoC (verification) design. 

・ Robot planning and design (* Implementation by the robot creator). 

・ Demonstration at customer site.

・ RPA tool training at customer site.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory experience] 

Anyone who has any of the following experiences, who has programming experience (* any language) , more than one year experience in robot development using RPA tools , automation tools, etc. Those who have experience of creating and implementing.

・SaaS business system (MA tools, CRM, etc.) installation experience.
