Job Description
【ポジション】ルート営業（既存法人）【配属部署】人員構成：11名（男7名、女4名）+派遣3名
年齢層：3名（50代）、3名（40代）、4名（30代）、1名（20代）リース車両のメンテナンス契約や管理等を行っていただきます。
具体的な業務としては、取引先であるリース会社からのご依頼のあった委託内容の確認や調整、実際に整備や点検を行って頂く工場の設定等を行って頂きます。また、関係の強化等のために取引先や整備の依頼先である工場への訪問（訪問先によっては宿泊を伴う出張が生じる場合があります。）も行って頂きます。
※弊社側からの売込や新規営業は殆ど行っておりませんので個人ノルマ等はありません。

車両管理代行業
リース会社より委託された車両のメンテナンスを管理するサービスです。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】◇昇給：年1回

Job Description
You will perform maintenance contracts and management of leased vehicles. Specifically, we will confirm and adjust the details of the commissioned request from the leasing company as a business partner, and set up the factory that will actually perform maintenance and inspection. In addition, for the purpose of strengthening the relationship, etc., we will also visit our suppliers and factories where maintenance is requested (depending on where we visit, there may be business trips involving overnight stays).
* There are almost no sales quotas or new business from our side, so there is no personal quota.
* Most of the requests are made by telephone, e-mail, FAX, etc., so there will be more work in the office than outside work.
Requirements
◇ University graduates or more
◇ Experience in business activities and negotiations with corporations (about 3 years)
* Experience in the automobile industry (sales, maintenance, non-life insurance, etc.) is acceptable
