Job Description

[Reverberation type] Planning and proposal sales of custom-built houses * Workplace selection is possible * -House maker in rapid growth-

■ Business content: [Resonance sales] For customers who are interested in visiting the exhibition hall or visiting HP Proposal will be fixed.

You will be in charge of product descriptions, plan proposals, capital plans, contracts, schedule management after delivery, and delivery.

[Work flow] Responsible from customer service to delivery at the exhibition hall. Most of the sales have 5-6 projects in parallel. (Average 8 contracts per year)

■ Details: Asking the needs of customers considering housing development, proposing buildings that meet customer needs, and working from a contract to follow-up. We are responsible for various work related to the creation of customers’ homes, such as guides to model houses for customers coming to the exhibition hall, creating plans for customers in charge, and consulting on financing. The price that can sell a high-quality house with a unit price of around 20 million yen is a great strength, and the quality of the design is comparable to that of a house manufacturer.

Payroll details

☆ Decided after considering previous job. The possibility of offering more than previous jobs is very high.

<Scheduled annual income> 5 million yen to 20 million yen or more (overtime allowance: Yes)

<Salary> 330,000 yen or more (including regulations) Allowance

: 242,000 yen or more Fixed overtime allowance is 40 hours 0 minutes Pay 88,000 yen (if the annual income is 5 million yen). Additional overtime allowance for excess overtime work.

The planned annual income is a reasonable amount of money and may go up and down through the selection.

Salary is a notation including fixed allowance.
