12名(代表1名、営業7名、プロジェクト推進メンバー4名)
※社員以外に業務委託9名就業

2017年4月にスタートし、2018年に子会社化した『ビズアシ』。クラウドワークス社内でも「ベンチャーの中にある、ベンチャー。」と称されるほど勢いのあるチームで、営業担当を募集しています！

【職務内容】
・新規クライアント開拓
・事業開発、サービス運営、マーケティング活動

【具体的な職務内容】
・新規クライアント獲得計画に基づく営業活動（ダイレクト、パートナー）
・パートナー開拓による販路拡大（アライアンスetc）
・オフラインイベントの企画、実行
・サービス開発

1. 主力製品・サービス
　「クラウドワークス（ ）」
　　発注者（企業・個人）がオンライン上で受注者（主に個人）を公募し、仕事を発注することができるプラットフォームです。
　　Webサイトやスマートフォンアプリの開発、Webデザイン、写真撮影、翻訳など188種の仕事を取り扱っています。
　　発注者は約28万社、受注者は233万人を突破。
　　プロや在宅ワーカーもちろん、育児中の女性や介護者、定年退職後のシニアなどに
　　時間と場所にとらわれない新しいワークスタイルを提案し続けています。
　
2. 収益モデル
　仕事がマッチングした際の成約金額に応じた成果報酬（5〜20%）をメインに、
　大手企業向けの進行管理手数料やオプション課金などで収益を拡大しています。

3. 主要顧客
　伊藤忠商事、ヤフー、ヤマハ、TBS、クックパッド、ジョイサウンド、カヤック、ネットイヤー などの
　上場企業・大手企業の他、経済産業省をはじめとした政府6省、20以上の地方自治体も活用。
