Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

・ Basic English level required (at least there is no resistance to using emails with foreign suppliers while using translation tools)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

ギアポンプ（押出成形機）の営業のお仕事です。
※ギアポンプ（押出成形機）は、押出成形をする樹脂の膜厚の精度を高めるための極めて重要なモジュールです。
特に樹脂の成形機を製造しているメーカー向けの営業となり、職務の流れとしてはおおよそ以下となります。

【業務内容】
・お客様の製品仕様を伺い、ギアポンプ（押出成型機）の仕様を検討する
・ギアポンプ（押出成型機）の選定のための計算（Webに計算プログラムがあるため、そちらを用いて流量等の計算をします）
・システムを構成するモーターや減速機の選定、求められる要求の計算、メーカーへ手配
・架台等の手配
・上記を総合したアセンブリのドローイング（CADを使用）、見積もりの作成、細かい部分の摺合せ
・スイス本国へ製品の手配、組立（自社で行うケースと協力企業で実施するケースがあります）、据え付けの立ち合い
・お客様先での定期オーバーホール時の対応（分解洗浄を自分で行うケースもございます）

【必須要件】
・初級レベルの英語力必須（最低限、翻訳ツールを使用しながら海外サプライヤとメールをやり取りすることに抵抗がないこと）
・工学部機械系の学部学科卒（専短卒以上）、もしくは、大型機械・設備の分野で同レベルの見識をお持ちの方
・第三角法で製図された機械・設備の設計図面を読めること
（日本の顧客・外注先は第三角法で製図された図面を使用します。スイスmaag社から出て来る図面は一角法で書かれています）

【歓迎要件】
・CADの操作経験（弊社で製図・設計を行う場合は、主に2D-CADを使用します）あれば尚可
・サービスエンジニアの経験（電気よりも機械・メカの保全・修理経験あれば望ましい）
・各種成形に使用される金型の製造、品質管理・検査（非破壊検査）の経験・知識あれば尚可
・押出成形などの樹脂・プラスチック成形の経験・知識をお持ちであれば尚可（フィルム、自動車部品etc.)
・液体、油脂、オイル、樹脂に至るまで幅広く”液体”に関わる製造・加工プロセスの知識あれば尚可
・ポンプ、減速機、モーター（大型機械・大規模製造設備向け）の知識・スキル

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
400～600万（月額28万～43万）
（モデル給与額です。前職・経験・スキルを考慮の上、要検討。）

・提示年収の86％ 固定支給分として、12分割した金額を毎月、月給として支給。　
・提示年収の14％ 業績連動賞与として、翌年3月に支給。 （所属部門の業績・個人評価に連動）
